Opportunity for Africa provides grants, that essentially serve as interest free loans, to individuals who face significant challenges earning income and accessing online education. To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Demonstrated Need
The applicant must have a genuine need for assistance. This may include an inability to earn sufficient money, limited or inconvenient access to computers, or inadequate facilities that hinder their ability to complete online coursework. -
Character and Ambition
The applicant must exhibit good character, a strong sense of ambition and work ethic, and a clear vision of how receiving a grant will empower them to improve their future earning potential, successfully repay, and improve the lives of others. -
Willingness to Share Their Story
Recipients must agree to share their journey with Opportunity for Africa. This includes contributing their story to our platform and helping to promote Opportunity for Africa’s fundraising efforts by engaging their personal network and contacts, including those from their missions. -
Willingness to Pay It Forward
Applicants must be willing not only to repay the grant but also to continue donating a portion of their profits to Opportunity for Africa. This will help fulfill our mission of providing assistance to more individuals, enabling them to achieve financial success and improve their quality of life. All funds received by our organization go directly back to Africa, blessing the lives of others by creating opportunities for them.
This program aims to empower returned missionaries by providing tools for success that will allow them to be prosperous and continue to work to grow the Kingdom of God here on the earth.
