We came here to share with you the wonderful things that have been happening lately. We hope you still remember our mother. We went through days without being able to sleep properly or even eat as we should, because of the deep concern for everything she had been facing.
Thanks to the support of Opportunity for Africa, we were able to create our bakery. Through it, we managed to raise funds to help our mother during this very difficult time.
The bakery staff, touched by the situation, also decided to be present and supportive. Together, they offered help, companionship, words of encouragement, and solidarity — showing that no one is alone in difficult moments.
We delivered a blanket and a small food basket to our colleague’s mother as a gesture of care and affection. We know these are only symbolic gestures compared to the greatness of the love and unity we have been cultivating, but we believe that every small act counts.
We are deeply grateful for this opportunity to serve and to witness once again that God has been watching over our challenges. We have faith that everything will work out, because where there is love, there is strength — and where there is faith, there is hope.
